Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Oragadam, Sriperumbudur Department: Production / Manufacturing Industry: Modular Construction / Prefab Structures / UPVC Fabrication Reporting To: Production Manager Experience: 2–4 years in similar manufacturing environments Job Summary: The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the shop floor for the manufacturing of UPVC doors and windows, portable security cabins, and kiosks. The role requires managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, coordinating labor, maintaining safety compliance, and ensuring timely delivery of finished products. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily production activities of UPVC door/window fabrication, modular cabins, and kiosks. Plan, schedule, and ensure execution of production as per targets and deadlines. Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow. Optimize manpower and machine utilization to improve productivity. Monitor quality checks during and after production to ensure products meet specifications. Enforce safety and housekeeping standards across the shop floor. Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolutions to minimize downtime. Train and mentor technicians and operators on best practices and SOPs. Maintain daily production reports and submit performance updates to management. Ensure proper maintenance of tools, jigs, and production equipment. Coordinate dispatch readiness and packaging of finished products.
